Quantek is led by Josh Simpkins, Founder & Principal. Josh has spent his career inside the operations of service businesses, from owner-operated companies to organizations with thousands of employees.

He has led enterprise AI strategy for some of the largest environmental organizations in the US, and has built CRM, reporting, and automation systems across environmental laboratories, field services, and small business operations.

One operating thesis runs through the work: operational problems are process and data problems first, AI problems second. Fix the process, then add the AI.
